Like Melechha, this user's main interest seems to be Indian military history, with a particular focus on the Mughal–Maratha Wars. The account was created on 9 August, soon after Melechha was indefinitely blocked as a result of an ongoing AE request. Both users seem to have a strong pro-Maratha POV and have created drafts that glowingly describe Maratha victories in imperfect English. For example, Draft:Siege of Ahivant (Wikihistoryedito) contains the following text:

Mughal Deccan viceroy Bahadur Shah I laid siege to Ahivant Fort but the Maratha garrison of fort made a gallant defence & Mughal army retreats with failure.

Compare this to Draft:Siege of Panhala 1690 (Melechha):

The Maratha commander was Ghatge of Kagal, the ancestor of both the present chiefs of that name. He made a gallant defence. He repulsed numerous assaults and, so the tale runs, he once made so terrible a slaughter of the storming party that he was able to make a platform of their heads and fire cannon from it into the Mughal trenches.

Both editors have interacted extensively with Aryan330 (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log), another editor who apparently has a pro-Maratha POV. They've both edited Battle of Vani (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views), which Aryan330 created. A quick perusal of Melechha's talk page shows that the users have communicated extensively regarding the ongoing content dispute at Battle of Sangamner. @SamX another editor who apparently has a pro-Maratha POV if you find out any problem in my article of Battle of of Vani & find out any unconstructive edit then block me I am saying you.
& If not please don't use words like pro Maratha. I am here to build Wikipedia,I had only made one article,then on what basis you are saying that I am a pro Maratha?
Wikihistoryedito recently asked Aryan330 to talk on other platform.

Msangharak, an account created in September, resubmitted Draft:Battle of Chittor created by Melechha and edited by Melechha2. They also categorized and deorphaned recently accepted Siege of Panhala 1692-1694 created by Melechha. Requesting CU to check for sleeper accounts given the history.   • Melechha is now called Garudam, I don't know how that affects filing this report.
  • Mr.Hanes first removed Garudam's signature (that Garudam left out on purpose and I added with a template) from an RfC [2] and after that !voted the same as Garudam[3]. Mr.Hanes is a blocked sockpuppet account.
  • Mithilanchalputra7 (formerly Edasf) !voted the same as Garudam in an RfC[4].
  • On 1 August 2023, Garudam adds a map to the Maurya Empire article[5]. Garudam is then blocked on 4 August 2023. Garudam doesn't make any changes to the article and doesn't post on the talk page, but Mithilanchalputra7 (Edasf at the time) does[6], a lot[7].
  • Mr.Hanes also participated at Maurya Empire and argued for the inclusion of the same map as Garudam and Mithilanchalputra7 [8] and removed content related to it as well [9].
  • The IP editors have only one contribution to Wikipedia, the same !vote on the RfC as Garudam[10] [11] [12].
  • I didn't know whether to request CU or not, perhaps a more experienced editor can make that determination. TurboSuperA+(connect) 08:49, 27 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Kind of a revenge bizarre SPI after their Tban [13], I had many instances where both Mr.Hanes and Garudam [14] been conflicting with me (heck they even nominated my articles for deletion). As for the IPs, I can't say much about anonymous users but all of their !votes in the same RfC really means nothing. Mithilanchalputra(Talk) 16:44, 27 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
