Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in cinema, media, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in developing, producing, and editing video content for leading brands or agencies.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience creating elevated motion design.
  • Expertise in integrating motion design into video production and post-production workflows.
  • Expertise in operating professional video and photo equipment.
  • Proven track record of delivering engaging, creative, and premium video deliverables across productions and budgets
  • Excellent creativity, storytelling, and problem-solving skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000-$166,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content (including live-action, staged, and event recordings) and professional photo shoots (Planning and executing).
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts, storyboards, and scripts that meet project objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Operate and maintain video and photo equipment (cameras, lighting, audio gear), troubleshoot technical issues, and stay updated on industry advancements.
  • Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos, incorporating graphics, special effects, motion, music, and sound design. Proficiency working with Adobe Creative Suite or a similar post-production suite. 
  • Manage multiple video and photo projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
